Terms of use

Last updated October 21, 2026

See also our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and TPrimmz, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as le domestique ("le domestique", "we", "us", or "our"). They govern your use of ledomestique.cc, the le domestique iOS app, and every related feature, integration, and service we provide (together, the "Services").

By creating an account or using the Services you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Two things matter more than the rest. First, le domestique is a training tool, not a doctor or a substitute for your own judgment: you decide how hard to train and where to ride, and you carry the risk that comes with endurance sport, including on routes we suggest (sections 2 and 3). Second, section 21 contains an arbitration agreement and class-action waiver that affects how disputes between us are resolved, with a 30-day window to opt out.

1. Our Services

le domestique is a training-analysis and coaching product for endurance athletes. It imports rides, runs, sleep, and recovery data from the devices and platforms you connect, computes training analytics, suggests routes, and, if you enable it, provides AI coaching and lets you work with a human coach through the product.

Everything the Services produce is information for you to consider, not instructions to follow. Metrics, analyses, plans, coach chat, and suggested routes are computed from data you and your devices supply and are offered for informational and educational purposes only. They are not medical, safety, or professional advice, we do not know the road in front of you or how you feel today, and you alone decide what to do with them.

The Services are not a medical device and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. The Services are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA, and you may not use them in a way that would subject us to such regulations.

The Services are offered from the United States. Information provided through the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person in a jurisdiction where that would be contrary to law. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

2. Training, health, and assumption of risk

Cycling is an inherently dangerous activity. Riding on open roads exposes you to motor vehicles, road surfaces, weather, terrain, mechanical failure, other riders, and your own physical limits. These dangers exist on every ride, on every road, whether or not you found the road through the Services, and no app can remove them. Serious injury and death are known risks of the sport. You choose to ride knowing this.

Endurance training is also physically demanding and carries its own risks, including injury, illness, and in rare cases death. Before starting or changing a training program you should consult a physician, particularly if you have a heart condition, are pregnant, are recovering from injury or illness, or have any other condition that could be affected by strenuous exercise.

Everything the Services produce, including training load and form metrics, recovery readings, fueling estimates, workout suggestions, plan changes, AI analyses, and coach chat responses, is informational guidance generated from the data you and your devices provide. It may be incomplete or wrong, because the data may be incomplete or wrong, and because no algorithm knows how you actually feel. You are solely responsible for deciding whether, how hard, and how long to train, and for stopping when your body tells you to.

Route suggestions and directions are built from third-party map data and your riding history. Roads change, surfaces vary, traffic is unpredictable, and map data can be wrong. You are responsible for evaluating whether a route is safe and legal to ride, for obeying traffic laws, and for your own safety while riding. Never operate a device while riding in a way that distracts you from the road.

Express assumption of risk and release, including negligence. By using the Services you knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks of training and riding, whether or not informed by the Services, including the risk of injury, death, and property damage caused by traffic, road conditions, weather, equipment, your own physical condition, or the acts of others. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release TPrimmz, LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents (the "Released Parties") from, and promise not to sue them for, any and all claims, demands, losses, and liabilities arising out of or related to your training, your riding, or your use of any route, plan, metric, or recommendation provided through the Services, whether based on contract, warranty, strict liability, or tort, and expressly including claims based on the negligence of any Released Party. This release does not apply to gross negligence or willful misconduct where the law does not allow those to be released.

You confirm this in a separate acknowledgment when you set up your account, and again the first time you use route features, live ride coaching, or form checking in the product. Each acknowledgment is recorded with a timestamp and the version of its wording, and forms part of this agreement.

3. Routes and location features

The Services include map- and location-based features: a route builder, suggested routes matched to your planned workouts, saved routes, ride guides, traffic-exposure estimates, exports to bike computers, your personal heat map, and the community heat map. These features draw on third-party map data (including OpenStreetMap contributors and Mapbox), third-party routing engines, your own recorded rides, and, for the community layer, anonymized cells from other athletes.

You accept all safety, security, and other risks associated with using these features. In particular you understand that map data can be wrong or out of date; that a road classed as quiet or separated may be busy, closed, unsurfaced, or unlawful to cycle on; that traffic-exposure ratings are estimates from mapped road types, speed limits, and cycling infrastructure, not crash data, and are not a statement that any road is safe; that suggested routes are generated automatically and are not individually reviewed by a person; and that a device may lose signal or present turns late. A route's appearance in the Services, or its popularity with other athletes, is not a recommendation that you ride it.

A route is a suggestion, nothing more. The Services have no knowledge of live traffic, construction, weather, surface condition, lighting, driver behaviour, or your ability on the day. We do not inspect, certify, or vouch for any road, and we make no statement that any route, or any road a route uses, is safe, suitable, or lawful for you to ride. Whether to ride a route, and how, is a decision only you can make, and you make it at your own risk, including where a route uses a road that turns out to be dangerous.

You agree to review any route before riding, to obey all traffic laws and signage, to ride within your ability and the conditions, to keep your attention on the road rather than a device, and to stop using a route that seems unsafe. You also agree to use location features responsibly with respect to other people: not to use them to locate, track, or re-identify anyone, and not to share another person's location without their consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for any such risks or for any injury, loss, or damage that results from them. Nothing in this section limits the release, disclaimers, or limitations elsewhere in these Terms.

4. Live ride coaching

Ride with coach speaks to you while you ride or run: it calls intervals and targets, climbs, turns, fueling, and replies to what you say. It works from your phone, your sensors, your location, and your plan, and it can be wrong. Sensors misread, location drifts, turns can be called late, early, or not at all, and the app, your phone, or your headphones can stop working mid-ride without warning, leaving you with no coaching and no directions.

Nothing the coach says is an instruction you must follow. Traffic, the road, signals, other people, and how you feel always come first. Ignore any target, cue, or direction whenever riding it would be unsafe, unlawful, or beyond you on the day. The coach is not a medical device, a navigation system to rely on, or an emergency service: it does not detect crashes and cannot call for help.

You agree to keep enough hearing free to ride safely, to wear headphones only where and how the law allows (some places prohibit covering both ears while cycling), to keep your eyes on the road and handle your phone only when stopped somewhere safe, to know your way without the coach, and to stop and seek help if you feel unwell, whatever the coach says.

You use live ride coaching at your own risk, and the assumption of risk and release in "Training, health, and assumption of risk" apply to it in full, including for claims based on the negligence of any Released Party. You confirm this in a separate acknowledgment before your first coached ride.

5. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using them you represent that you meet this requirement, that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and that you are not barred from using the Services under any applicable law.

You sign in with a Google or Apple account, or another method we may offer. You are responsible for keeping that sign-in method secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Tell us promptly at support@ledomestique.cc if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. All information you provide must be accurate and kept current. We may reclaim or change a public profile handle that is misleading, infringing, or offensive.

You may register only one personal account. Coaches may hold a coach account in addition to an athlete account where we offer that. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.

6. Subscriptions, trials, and payment

Some features require a paid subscription. New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. When the trial ends, continued access to paid features, including training history beyond the trial window, requires an active monthly or annual subscription.

Subscriptions are billed in US dollars through Stripe, or through the Apple App Store where we offer purchases there, at the price shown when you subscribe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing period until you cancel. Sales or similar taxes are added where required.

You can cancel at any time from your profile (or, for App Store purchases, in your Apple subscription settings). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then. Except where required by law or stated otherwise at the point of purchase, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features, or downgrades. If you are unhappy with the Services, email support@ledomestique.cc and we will try to put it right.

We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email or in the product; the new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal. We may correct pricing errors even after payment has been requested or received. If a payment fails, we may suspend paid features until it succeeds.

7. Connected devices and platforms

The Services depend on data from third-party platforms you choose to connect, such as Garmin Connect, Strava, WHOOP, Wahoo, Hammerhead, Oura, and Apple Health. By connecting a platform you authorize us to access, store, and process the data that platform makes available under the permissions you grant, and, where the feature exists and you request it, to send routes or workouts back to that platform.

Your relationship with each platform is governed by its own terms and privacy policy, and you must comply with them. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of platform data, for outages or changes to platform APIs, or for a platform revoking our access. Platforms may limit how their data can be used, and we may restrict features to comply. Garmin, Strava, WHOOP, Wahoo, Hammerhead, Oura, and Apple are trademarks of their respective owners; none of them sponsors or endorses le domestique.

You may disconnect a platform at any time from Connections. Disconnecting stops future syncing and, as described in our Privacy Policy, removes the data sourced from that platform.

8. Your data and the licence you grant us

You own your training data: the activities, files, wellness readings, profile details, plans, notes, and messages you provide or that flow in from your connected platforms ("Your Data"). We do not claim ownership of it.

So that we can operate the Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, analyze, transmit, display, and create derived works from Your Data, solely as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Services for you and as described in our Privacy Policy. This licence ends when you delete the data or your account, except for backup copies that are overwritten in the ordinary course and for aggregated or de-identified data that cannot identify you.

Community heat map

Unless you turn off community heat map contribution in your profile, you additionally grant us permission to convert your rides into anonymized grid cells, as described in our Privacy Policy, and to combine them with other athletes' cells into an aggregate map shown to signed-in users. Cells carry no route lines, timestamps, or identity, are omitted near the start and end of each ride, and appear only where at least two athletes have ridden. You can withdraw at any time from your profile; your rides are then excluded from the next rebuild. Because the aggregate is de-identified, you agree we may retain and use it, including after withdrawal or account deletion, in its aggregate form.

Public content

If you make your profile public, gain followers, or share content with a coach or other users, you grant us the right to display that content to the audience you have chosen, and you are responsible for what you share. Anything you make public may be seen, copied, or screenshotted by others; think before you post.

Your responsibilities

You represent that you have the right to provide Your Data and to grant this licence, and that Your Data does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law. You are responsible for keeping your own copies. Although we perform regular backups, you agree that we are not liable for loss or corruption of Your Data except as provided in section 19.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Services, you agree we may use them without restriction or compensation to you. We will not claim ownership of your feedback, but you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable licence to use it.

9. AI coaching

AI coaching features, including post-ride analysis, coach chat, plan proposals, and the coaching journal, are generated by large language models. They are opt-in and can be turned off at any time from your profile. When enabled, you understand and agree that:

  • AI output is probabilistic. It may contain mistakes, misread your data, or give advice that is wrong for you. We ground it in your recorded data and validate it where we can, but we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
  • AI output is training guidance, not medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for a qualified coach, physician, or dietitian.
  • If you enable autonomous plan changes, the coach may adjust upcoming planned workouts without asking first. You remain responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to follow any plan. You can disable this at any time.
  • Health context you share with the coach is used only if you grant the separate health-context consent, and you should not share more than you are comfortable with.
  • AI features are subject to fair-use limits. We may throttle or pause them for an account that generates unusual volume, and we may change models, prompts, and capabilities as the technology evolves.
  • You will not use AI features to generate content that is unlawful, harmful, or that attempts to extract our prompts, evaluation data, or system instructions.

10. Human coaches

le domestique lets a coach and an athlete link their accounts so the coach can view the athlete's training and leave comments and workouts. A relationship starts only when both sides agree and either side can end it at any time, which ends the coach's access.

Coaches are independent of us. We do not employ, vet, certify, or supervise coaches, and we are not a party to any agreement between a coach and an athlete, including payment. Any coaching you receive from a human coach is that coach's responsibility. If you are a coach, you agree to use athlete data only to coach that athlete, to keep it confidential, to comply with applicable privacy law, and to delete it when the relationship ends unless the athlete has agreed otherwise.

11. Acceptable use

You may use the Services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

  • Access the Services through automated means such as bots, scrapers, or scripts, or systematically retrieve data to build a dataset, database, or competing product.
  • Attempt to access another user's account or data, or circumvent access controls, row-level security, rate limits, or other technical protections.
  • Upload activities you did not record or that you have altered to misrepresent performance, or otherwise use the Services to deceive other users or us.
  • Interfere with the Services or the infrastructure behind them, including by transmitting malware, probing for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or imposing an unreasonable load.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of the Services or the models and prompts behind AI features, except to the extent applicable law forbids this restriction.
  • Use the Services to harass, threaten, stalk, or harm anyone, or to locate or track another person without their consent, including by attempting to re-identify anyone from the community heat map.
  • Post content on a public profile or in coaching messages that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually explicit, or infringing.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, or use our name, logo, or trademarks without permission.
  • Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Services except as we have expressly agreed in writing (for example, coaches using the product with their athletes).

12. Our intellectual property

The Services, including all software, models, analytics methods, prompts, designs, text, graphics, and the le domestique name and logo, are owned by TPrimmz, LLC or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for your personal, non-commercial training (or, if you are a coach, for coaching your own athletes). All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Map data displayed in the Services is provided by Mapbox and by OpenStreetMap contributors under their respective licences.

13. Mobile application licence

If you use the le domestique iOS app, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms. You may not modify, copy, distribute, or make the app available over a network for use on multiple devices at once.

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, which may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, regulatory compliance, or intellectual property claims. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a US government embargo or designated as terrorist-supporting and are not on any US government list of prohibited parties. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this section and may enforce it against you.

14. Third-party services and links

The Services rely on and may link to third-party services, including the platforms in section 6, payment processing by Stripe, map and routing providers, and weather data providers. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the controls you have. It is incorporated into these Terms. The Services are hosted in the United States; by using them from elsewhere you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in the United States.

16. Copyright complaints

We respect the intellectual property of others. If you believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@ledomestique.cc identifying the work, the allegedly infringing material and its location, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature. We may forward your notice to the person who posted the material. Knowingly false notices can carry liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

17. Term and termination

These Terms apply while you use the Services. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate your access, without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, created risk or legal exposure for us or other users, or if we discontinue the Services. Where practical we will give you notice and an opportunity to export your data first.

On termination your licence to use the Services ends, we may delete your account and data as described in the Privacy Policy, and any provisions that by their nature should survive (including sections 2, 3, 7, 11, 18 through 21, and 23) will survive. If we terminate your account for breach, you may not create a new one without our permission.

18. Changes and interruptions

We are a small team building an evolving product. We may change, add, or remove features, models, integrations, and prices at any time. We will try to give notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid subscription includes, and you may cancel if you disagree.

We do not guarantee the Services will be available without interruption. Provider APIs go down, imports take time, and maintenance happens. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by downtime, delays in importing or analyzing data, or the discontinuance of any feature.

19. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We make no warranty that the Services, any analysis, metric, plan, route, or AI output will be accurate, reliable, complete, safe, or suitable for you, that any road or route is safe or lawful to ride, that data imported from third-party platforms will be complete or correct, that errors will be corrected, or that the Services will be uninterrupted or free of harmful components. You expressly agree that all information provided through the Services, including routes, training plans, and recommendations, is for informational and educational purposes only, is not advice of any kind, and that your athletic activities, including riding any route, are undertaken at your sole risk and you are solely responsible for any resulting injury, death, damage, or loss to you or any other person. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of these exclusions may not apply to you.

20. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will the Released Parties be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for personal injury, death, or property damage arising from your training or riding, arising out of or in any way connected with the Services, any route, plan, metric, or recommendation, or these Terms, on any theory of liability, whether based on contract, warranty, strict liability, or tort (including negligence), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability for certain damages, including personal injury caused by negligence, so some of the above may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

21. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TPrimmz, LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to Your Data or content you share, your use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, your coaching of another user, or any injury to or dispute with another user. We may assume the exclusive defence of any matter subject to indemnification, in which case you agree to cooperate with us.

22. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Services are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable US federal law, without regard to conflict of law rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Informal resolution first

Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@ledomestique.cc with a description of the dispute and what you would like us to do, and to give us 30 days to try to resolve it with you informally. We will do the same before bringing a claim against you.

Binding arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and we agree that it will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property. The arbitration will be conducted in Travis County, Texas, or by video or written submissions where the rules allow, by a single arbitrator. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section. Where the AAA rules require us to, we will pay filing and arbitrator fees beyond what you would have paid to file in court.

Class-action waiver

You and we agree that each may bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims of more than one person. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will be heard in court in Travis County, Texas, and the remainder of this section still applies.

Time limit on claims

To the extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services must be brought within one year after the claim arose. Claims brought later are permanently barred.

Opt-out

You may opt out of arbitration by emailing legal@ledomestique.cc within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your account email and that you wish to opt out of arbitration. If you opt out, or where arbitration does not apply, you and we agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and waive any objection to venue there. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you keep any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts; the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

23. Electronic communications

By using the Services you consent to receive communications from us electronically, by email, push notification, and in the product, and you agree that electronic notices, agreements, and records satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing. You can manage non-essential communications in your profile; we will still send messages necessary to run your account, such as billing and security notices.

24. General terms

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms we present for a specific feature, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Services and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our consent. Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship. We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted, with the date at the top updated. For material changes we will give notice in the product or by email. Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Services and delete your account.
