Heatmaps included. Know where other cyclists have been before you ride.
Every stretch is scored for traffic, speed limits and bike lanes, so the sketchy sections shows up on screen, not on the ride.

How it works
Plan it or draw it. Know the road before you're on it.
01
A route for every session.
Plan a ride and a loop comes with it: long enough for the session, with a clear stretch for every rep. Or draw your own.
02
Read before you go.
Every stretch coloured for traffic, every climb measured, and the roads you've ridden glowing under the line.
03
Take it with you.
Route and workout arrive on your bike computer together, or take the GPX anywhere.
Built around the workout
The session sets the road. Not the other way round.
Most plans hand you intervals and leave you to find a road for them. Here every planned ride comes with a loop found for its workout: the session's length sets the distance, every rep needs a stretch that can hold it at a grade that suits it, and the loop that holds it best is yours.
01
Ride it like this. Every stage of the session on the road it landed on: where it starts, the terrain under it, the watts and the cadence, and a line to ride it by.
02
Scrub the climbs. Drag along the profile and the cursor runs along the map with you, with the elevation and the grade under your finger.
03
Honest about the fit. A Strict match means every work section sits on terrain inside the workout's limits. Close or Best available says so, and the notes flag the reps to ride by feel.
04
Send it, or build another. Route and workout go to your Karoo together. Want a different start or less climbing? Adjust the route and it searches again from there.
- Sized to the session.
- Distance and climbing fit the workout you have planned.
- Room for every effort.
- Each interval gets a long, clear stretch. No sprinting into a junction.
- Lights and stops, counted.
- Lights and stop signs on the line, and a flag if you'd ride into rush hour or the dark.
- On your bike computer.
- Route and workout arrive together, or take the GPX anywhere.
Draw your own
Rather choose the road? Draw it with your thumb.
Tap where you want to go and the route finds the road between, quiet streets first. Every climb is measured and the whole line gets the same traffic read, over a map of every ride you've done.
Draw it with your thumb. Tap where you want to go and the route finds its way between. Route for Dean comes to 28.3 mi and 2,623 ft, read before you've left the house.
Your next ride gets a domestique.
