Coach

A coach in your corner. Any hour, any question.

Ask it what you'd ask a coach who's watched every ride. It reads your history, power profile and calendar first, so the advice fits you, not a template. It explains its thinking, points to the rides behind it, and helps you get a little better every week.

Ask it anything. Am I ready for intervals? Can I race Sunday? It answers from your own data, and when you say “keep Saturday free”, it plans around it.

Every answer, sourced. Tap a reference to see the ride it came from. You learn why, not just what.

CoachJust now
Am I ready for intervals tomorrow?
Yes — but keep them short. Your HRV is back to baseline after Sunday, though form is still −14. Three by eight minutes, not five.

How it works

Ask like you'd ask a coach. It checks before it answers.

  1. 01

    Ask anything.

Am I ready for intervals? Can I race Sunday? Type it, or call and just say it, any hour.

  2. 02

    It reads first.

Your training history, power profile, recovery and calendar, checked before a word of advice, and every step shown.

  3. 03

    You approve.

Workout changes arrive staged, before and after, with the reason attached. Your calendar doesn't move until you confirm them.

Coach calls

Skip the typing. Just call your coach.

On the couch after a hard week, or ten minutes before the group ride rolls out. Call your coach and talk it through, the way you would with someone who's watched every ride you've done.

Take your coach on the ride

Say it however you'd say it. Your words show up as you speak. A moment later, so does the answer, out loud, a word at a time.

It sees what you see
Ask about the chart you're looking at, and it starts right there.
You stay in charge
Any change to your plan waits for your OK.
Pocket it
On iPhone, the call keeps going with the screen off.
Nothing gets lost
Every call is saved in your coach chat, so you can scroll back later.

What it can do

It reads before it answers. Then it does the work.

Every answer starts from your own riding: it checks your history, your power profile, your recovery and your calendar first, and shows you each step it took.

  • Explain any ride.

It reads a ride in depth: the blocks, sprints and matches burned, W′, how far your heart rate drifted, the climbs, and the session it was meant to be.

    Explain my last ride

  • Track the trend.

Changes over 30, 60 and 90 days in Form, HRV, sleep, FTP and W′, week-by-week totals back six months, and any two rides side by side.

    Am I getting fitter?

  • Plan the weeks ahead.

One or two weeks of sessions, staged around your club ride and your races, or a two-to-eight-week block with a recovery week and a taper.

    Schedule ahead

  • Fuel the session.

A feed plan for a planned workout, timed to its intervals, and race-day carbs, fluid and sodium: before, during and after.

    How should I fuel Saturday?

  • Find the road.

Ask for a route and it builds one from where you start, sized to the session, with a stage-by-stage guide, then attaches it to the ride.

Find me a route for Thursday

  • Come back well.

After illness or time off it reads your recovery trend and eases you back in. Chest pain, fainting or trouble breathing get a plain answer: stop, and get help.

    Return from illness

Without being asked

You don't have to open the chat. It writes to you.

Every ride gets a written debrief, every morning a line on Home, and every Monday a read on the week. Each one comes from your own data, and says so.

Every ride, written up. A debrief that cites the moments it's talking about. Tap a reference and the ride jumps to it.

InsightsTue · Threshold 3 × 12
Three even reps, and the last was the best

All three held 288–294 W, and your heart rate drifted less in the third than the first1. That's the durability the block was built for. Two easy days, then over unders on Friday2.

Your rules

Tell it once. It remembers, and it answers to you.

Mention a day you can't ride, your club ride or a goal, and it's kept, with the words it came from. You decide how much it may change on its own, and any session can be locked.

What the coach remembers. Every fact keeps its source, and any of them can go. Upload a lab test, a bike fit or your own coach's plan: it keeps the facts, never the file.

Races

Put the race in. It paces the course.

Tell the coach about a race and it goes on the calendar, with any session it clashes with flagged. Paste the course from Strava and it paces every climb and exposed stretch from your own power curve, with the wind forecast for the day.

Paced segment by segment. A power band for every climb and flat, and how much of your W′ each one spends. When your data can't support a target, it doesn't give one.
